Pet Food Pantry

The Camden County Pet Food Pantry, created by the five animal welfare organizations in the Animal Alliance of Camden County, intends to keep pets with their families by offering food assistance. Owners surrender pets to local shelters regularly, and financial hardship is a common reason for doing so. The Alliance seeks to help Camden County residents keep pets in their homes by providing nutritional assistance to those in need. The only requirement is a need for assistance in providing food for a pet.

Animal Care

Homeward Bound Pet Adoption Center offers a Pet Pantry to help ease the financial burden of pet ownership.

The Pet Pantry will be open on the following dates in November and December:

  • November 19th

  • December 3rd

  • December 17th

  • December 31st

The hours of operation for the Pet Pantry are from 11am to 1pm. While we do our best to accommodate everyone, all donations are on a first come, first served basis. All food packages are received directly and have not had any alterations to their contents. Packages that were damaged are resealed on site. We ask that all recipients check their food prior to feeding their pets at HBPAC cannot guarantee any individual product.

If you are in need of pet food for your pet and unable to attend Pet Pantry on the specified date, please email our Volunteer Coordinator.
